Madrid Protocol

The Madrid Protocol system relates to the international registration of trademarks. It provides a single procedure for the registration of a trade mark in several territories. The system is a cost effective means by which to secure trade marks on a truly international stage. The system dispenses with overseas attorney fees at the point of application, thereby reducing costs significantly.
